Replacement and custom industrial hvac coils: For steam heating, hot water or glycol heating, chilled water cooling, refrigerant cooling In a full range of materials including copper, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and 90/10 Cupro-Nickle Full range of finishes including bare tubes, hot dipped galvanizing, phenolic, Teflon Range of fin designs and spacings Pitched tubes for horizontal and vertical air flow; vertical tube mounting for horizontal air flow Multiple row depths and unlimited heights or length Gas-tight casings for high pressure applications or multiple stacking within breaching or duct
- 5/8” O.D. steel tubes with .049” and .065” wall thicknesses
- 5/8” O.D. stainless steel tubes with .035” and .065” wall thicknesses
- 7/8” O.D. steel tubes with .049” and .109” wall thicknesses
- 7/8” O.D. aluminum tubes with .058” wall thickness
- 7/8” O.D. stainless steel tubes with .035”, .049”, and .083” wall thicknesses
- Steel fin thicknesses of .010” and .012”
- Aluminum fin thicknesses of .008”, .010”, and .016”
- 304 and 316 stainless steel fin thicknesses of .008”
- Acrylic coated fin thicknesses of .006”
- Copper fin thicknesses of .008” and .010”
- Galvanized steel casings are 10, 12, 14, and 16-gauge
- Aluminum casings are 12 and 11 gauge
- Stainless Steel casings are 10, 12, 14, and 16-gauge
- Copper casings are 16 gauge or 1/8”
- ANSI flanges
- Threaded, grooved, and welded connections
